Every year we design and manufacture over 350 custom-made timber buildings of varying sizes and configurations – from individual gazebos and compact garden cabins to large two-storey multi-room structures. Design your own building

We understand that many customers have a specific design in mind. Sometimes a bespoke building is required because of an existing base size. Sometimes the garden layout demands a non-standard footprint. And sometimes you simply want something unique – a minor modification to a standard model, or an entirely custom structure built to your own brief.

If you have a vision but no detailed plans, our design team will create project sketches and scale drawings free of charge based on your ideas. You can then review the proposals and decide whether to proceed. These drawings are also useful when applying for planning permission.

Bespoke delivery lead times

• Typically 5–8 weeks from order placement and design sign-off.
• In quieter periods (winter and early spring) we can often deliver within 4 weeks.
• During busy late spring and summer periods, lead times can extend to 10 weeks.
• Always confirm the current lead time with our team before committing to a schedule.

How much does a bespoke building cost?

Bespoke or modified buildings typically cost 10%–35% more than an equivalent standard model, depending on the extent of customisation. A minor modification (for example, moving a window) is typically around 10% more than the standard version; a fully bespoke structure of the same size and specification is usually around 25% more. Why does bespoke cost more?

Our standard models are manufactured using computer-controlled machines running model-specific software. Each bespoke project requires new manufacturing software to be written, new detailed drawings produced, and additional quality checks at every stage. This process takes significantly longer than standard production – which is why custom buildings carry a modest premium. The result is a structure built precisely to your needs, with the same quality timber and construction standards as our entire range.
