Order placing options

• You can pick any product on our website and place an online order right away.
• However, we advise you to contact our sales team first to discuss your needs and get a proposal that includes your desired product, accessories, price estimation, and payment terms. You can then place an online order and proceed with payment. Our sales manager will be happy to place the order and initiate the payment process on your behalf based on the agreed product, quantities, price, and your payment details.

Types of payment

1. 100% full payment in advance.
2. Deposit + balance payment. 20% deposit of the total order amount (including delivery costs) paid in advance; 80% balance due before delivery. For bespoke products, a 30/70 split applies.

Safe payment options

Bank transfer

• You will receive a confirmation email with clear instructions and our Irish bank account details.
• Payment can be made online or in your bank branch. Please include your order number as the payment reference.
• Your order will be validated upon receipt of your deposit or full payment.

Credit or debit card

• Secure SSL payment by credit or debit card processed instantly via Stripe.
• All major credit and debit cards accepted (except American Express).
• Payment can be made securely online or by telephone.
• You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number.

Refunds

• You can cancel your order before delivery or within 14 days after delivery and receive a full refund of your deposit (or the full order amount, depending on the amount paid).
• A deposit payment made for bespoke products is non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
