Maximum insulation performance
Our premium PVC windows and doors use German-made KBE 70 (Profine 70) profiles. The 70 mm five-chamber profile, combined with 24 mm double glazing filled with argon gas, provides exceptional thermal retention – keeping heat in during Irish winters and maintaining coolness in summer. Noise insulation performance reaches up to 35 dB, making these windows and doors ideal for garden offices and residential buildings in built-up areas.
Building Regulation Friendly
KBE 70 PVC windows and doors achieve an overall heat transfer coefficient (U-Value) of 1.4 W/(m²K), meeting the requirements of Irish building regulations for residential construction. Many timber buildings on the market cannot meet these standards due to inferior window and door specifications. Our BRF (Building Regulation Friendly) insulated models with KBE 70 glazing can achieve full compliance.

KBE 70 products are certified to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, and DVC 189G – independent standards confirming high stability, functional reliability, and long-term durability.
Security
KBE 70 windows and doors feature 3-point locking latches with high-quality locks and hinges as standard. Window sashes can be opened to over 95° and support up to 100 kg of load. Security rating reaches WK1 and WK2 (burglar resistance classification).

KBE 70 products are fully lead-free and 100% recyclable (Greenline certified). As a founding member of the German REWINDO window recycling initiative, Profine products meet the highest environmental standards. The anti-allergic renewable materials used are widely specified in healthcare and medical environments.
