Where do we deliver to?

• We deliver throughout the island of Ireland – both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• We also deliver to mainland Europe. For European and worldwide delivery enquiries, please contact our team.

How much does delivery cost?

• Ireland: Free delivery to most standard addresses throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• An extra charge may apply for deliveries to hard-to-reach areas or remote rural and island locations. Deliveries to Donegal and Northern Ireland have separate delivery rates. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure – call +353 1 699 4541

How long does delivery take?

• Products in stock: 2–3 weeks (depending on delivery location).
• Products not in stock: 4–6 weeks.
• Bespoke projects: 4–8 weeks.
• Delivery times can vary by season – always confirm the current lead time with our sales team before ordering.

How will I know when to expect my delivery?

1. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you with a range of weeks during which you can expect delivery.
2. The delivery company will then contact you to confirm the product is ready and advise the expected delivery date.
3. You will be contacted again 1–4 days before delivery to confirm the date is convenient. If it is not, you can reschedule.

How does kerbside delivery work?

• Items are delivered to the nearest kerbside at your specified address. Our drivers will position the vehicle as close to the delivery point as safely possible and unload the goods to a safe kerbside position.
• We provide kerbside delivery. Our drivers will offer as much assistance as physically possible to position goods as close to your build site as they can.

Is unloading included?

• For deliveries to Ireland: unloading is included in the price. Our trucks are equipped with forklifts and your building kit will be delivered and placed at the most convenient accessible location. You may need to unload accessories such as insulation yourself.
• Your product can only be unloaded once payment in full has been received.

Is my area hard to reach?

• A hard-to-reach area is one that our delivery trucks cannot access due to road width, height, or length restrictions. Our vehicles are approximately 2.5 m wide, 10 m long, and 2.5 m high, and require approximately 1 m of clearance either side during unloading.
• If you are unsure whether your location is accessible, please contact us before ordering. An extra charge applies for deliveries to hard-to-reach areas.
