When can I cancel and return my order?

Before delivery

If you change your mind after placing an order for a standard product, you can cancel the contract at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund of your deposit.

After delivery

Standard products can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met. This is your right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Grounds for a refund

Refunds and returns can be made in the following circumstances:

1. You ordered a standard (non-bespoke) product and have changed your mind.
2. Significant changes were made to the product or its price after your order was placed.
3. The product is faulty or was not as described.
4. You are exercising your statutory right of cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period.

Conditions for a return

• No more than 14 days have passed since delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, unattempted to assemble, and in the condition in which it was delivered.
• You must ensure the returned goods are properly packed to prevent damage or lost components in transit.

Bespoke and made-to-order products

Bespoke and modified products are manufactured specifically to your order. Under Irish and EU consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off cancellation right does not apply once manufacturing has commenced. A 30% deposit paid on a bespoke product is non-refundable once production has started.

When and how will I receive my refund?

• If the product is returned in good condition, we will refund the full price paid.
• Refunds will be made by the same payment method used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or from the day you provide evidence of return dispatch, whichever is earlier.
