Garage Doors

Our wooden garages fall into two construction categories, each with a different door specification:

• Classical log construction garages (CLASSIC, TWIN, BARN, TRIO, etc.): come with high-quality heavy-duty wooden garage doors as standard.
• Timber frame construction garages (MODERN range and similar): can be paired with sectional Hörmann garage doors as an optional upgrade.

Are garage doors included in the price?

For all our classical log construction garages, garage doors are included in the standard kit price. For timber frame garages, sectional Hörmann doors are available as an additional item and must be purchased separately if required.

What does a standard garage door set include?

• Door panel and frames
• Adjustable hinges
• Secure high-quality lock with key

Can Hörmann sectional doors be used in a classical log garage?

Hörmann sectional doors are dimensioned for timber frame garage openings and have different measurements than standard wooden door sets. They can technically be fitted in a classical log garage, but the door opening will need to be cut to the correct dimensions during assembly. Contact our team for specific guidance before ordering.

Can you supply bespoke garage doors?

We do not manufacture bespoke wooden garage doors, but we can source them from an Irish or European manufacturer based on your specific measurements (for example, if you need non-standard width or height). Contact our team to discuss.

Are the garage doors easy to install?

Yes – the standard wooden garage doors are pre-matched to the exact dimensions of your garage model and install straightforwardly as part of the assembly process. Full instructions are included in the kit.

Is waterproofing under the doors included?

Additional waterproofing materials for under the garage doors are not included in the kit and should be sourced separately from a builders' merchant or DIY store. This is particularly recommended given Ireland's high rainfall.
