Quality Guarantee

Direct from the manufacturer, with up to a 10-year warranty

We produce all our buildings in our own family-owned factory, which means you buy directly at manufacturer's prices with no intermediaries. Our products carry up to a 10-year anti-rot warranty (5-year warranty for buildings with wall thickness below 44 mm or floor area below 20 m²).

Certified slow-grown timber

Only certified Scandinavian spruce and Nordic pine are used in our manufacturing. Slow-grown timber has a higher density than faster-grown alternatives, making it naturally more resistant to rot and mould – a critical advantage in Ireland's damp climate. The quality of the raw material is the foundation of the quality of the finished building.

Wooden windows and doors (standard)

Our standard wooden windows and doors are made using Finger-Joint technology, giving them superior resistance to deformations caused by moisture changes. Double glazing is standard on the majority of our log cabins and all wooden garages. Separate panes of glass provide better security and easier replacement if needed.

PVC windows and doors (optional upgrade)

Upgrade to 5-chamber KBE 70 PVC windows and doors by German manufacturer Wink Haus®. U-Value of 1.4 W/(m²K) – meeting Irish building regulation requirements. Recommended for all buildings intended for intensive year-round use. See our Windows & Doors page for full details.

Tongue and groove floor and roof boards included

The price of every building includes 20 mm thick tongue and groove floor and roof boards. No hidden costs. (Wooden garages, carports, and the Rennes cabin do not include a floor as standard.)

Heavy-duty pressure-treated floor bearers

Pressure-treated heavy-duty floor bearers (approximately 70 mm × 50 mm) are included as standard, providing a solid, durable base for the structure.

Interchangeable opposite walls

The majority of our cabin models feature interchangeable opposite walls. If you want to position a window wall on the opposite side to the standard layout, simply swap the walls during assembly – no bespoke order required.

Safe and sturdy roof construction

Extra-solid 44 mm and 66 mm roof joists are used throughout our range, with triple vault roof construction on selected models. The roof structure is designed to bear significant loads – important for Irish conditions where autumn and winter storms can place considerable stress on garden buildings.

Heavy-duty wooden garage doors

All our wooden garages include a substantial wooden garage door reinforced with galvanised metal frames on both sides. Included as standard with every garage. One of the most robust wooden garage doors available in Ireland.

Bitumen shingles

All buildings are supplied with 5-layer Tegola® or Shinglas® bitumen roof shingles in green or red (black also available). Tried and tested roof covering providing reliable weather protection for any log cabin, garden room, or garage. See our Roof Coverage page for full details.

Firestone® EPDM felt (optional)

For customers seeking maximum roof longevity, Firestone® EPDM rubber roof covering is available. Expected service life of up to 50 years. Fire-resistant and virtually maintenance-free. See our EPDM Felt page for full details.

Delivered in solid packaging

All building kits are delivered in solid protective packaging rather than as loose parts, reducing the risk of component damage during transit.
