Thermal insulation

This prefabricated wooden house delivers an outstanding price-to-performance ratio thanks to a fully insulated envelope: a 150 mm Paroc-insulated roof (U = 0,25 W/(m²·K)), 100 mm Paroc walls (U = 0,30 W/(m²·K)) and a 50 mm XPS floor (U = 0,60 W/(m²·K)). Together, these layers create a balanced microclimate — keeping interiors pleasantly cool on hot summer days and retaining warmth as temperatures drop. The result is a cosy, energy-efficient retreat perfectly suited for seasonal living from early spring through late autumn. Please note: this build is optimised for seasonal use and is not intended as a year-round permanent residence.
