What is included in the installation service price
The installation service price includes erection of the cabin (inc. walls, flooring, roofboards, windows, doors locks and other related hardware) and laying the type of roofing material that is offered on our website (or very similar).

We co-operate with highly skilled log cabin assembly professionals who have vast experience in installing log cabins, wooden garages and carports. They will also be happy to provide you with extra services, such as making a base for you building and guttering, doing the plumbing, electricity, painting and other construction related labour, all for an extremely competitive additional price.

Immediate service
Once you have ordered the installation service, our assembly team will contact you to arrange the installation before your cabin is delivered to you. Normally the installation team arrives to do the job within a couple days of delivery taking place.

For your utmost convenience, we offer additional installation services accompanying your wooden building purchase that may include one, two or all three of the following:

• Plumbing installation

• Electrical installation

• Concrete foundation laying

You may order a complete package of all services listed or choose any required service separately – rest assured, our installation partners will implement those works with the utmost care and professionalism.

As an alternative to our concrete foundation, we offer a custom-made, pre-treated timber frame foundation for mounting our buildings on.

Timber frame base:

• Allows you to level the ground conditions and prevent moisture penetration

• Is very convenient when a concrete base is not an option

• Is more affordable & requires less time and construction materials to set up than a concrete base

• Is ideal for creating a larger platform that could be extended into a terrace or a seating area.

We offer timber frame base in 2 different options:

• With PVC plots or

• With METAL screws.

What's the difference?

While setting the timber frame base with PVC plots is available only on an even surface (compacted ground, concrete blocks or paving, metal or concrete piles), fixing the foundation with metal screws can be achieved despite the evenness of the ground. In general, choosing the metal screw option simplifies the construction process and allows to save time and costs. High installation speed is another key advantage of screw piles, as this base is ready for use immediately after installation.

Gutters are a critical element for a log cabin. They are used for draining water and ensuring the cabin’s safety, aesthetics and energy efficiency. All these requirements are easy to fulfil with the Ruukki steel guttering system. This system is one of the most innovative and simply the best in the market. What’s so good about it?

Only the best materials
The special steel is used in manufacturing. It has a double-sided coating and is exceptionally durable. It has a high resistance to external factors such as corrosion, UV rays and scratches

The product consists of several elements that form a single functional and modern unit. The package of the gutter system includes all components (gutters, joints, brackets, angles, etc.) needed for each particular product.

EPDM rubber roof felt is the best option on the market for flat-roofs. This rubber roof felt is a very high quality (meets the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards) and durable roof covering that you can count on for at least 50 years. The glue necessary for laying the EPDM roof covering is included.

The membrane is made of a bituminous compound and fibre component for reinforcement. This 2-layer system guarantees the airtightness of the roof covering, a high-quality finish, and protection from weather damage, including UV light. With this material, the roof covering meets all the quality requirements and thus can be given a 10 year warranty. Due to easy, quick, and safe application, it does not require previous experience, additional equipment, or skills to install.

Before applying, make sure the surface is well prepared, primed, and completely cleared of any debris or objects to ensure waterproofing and longevity.

Tikkurila Ultra Classic is a paint that provides a high level of durability and protection for wooden surfaces. Its semi-mat finish, available in seven colors: clear, white, grey, anthracite, brown, yellow, burgundy. TIKKURILA technology allows the paint to remain intact regardless of weather conditions, without chipping or cracking over time, and allows the wood to resist any water stress.

- Thinner: Water

This paint is intended for untreated natural wood or surfaces previously treated with other paints. It can be applied by spray, brush or roller. Drying in just one hour, it will take two to four hours between each coat under normal weather conditions. Allow longer drying time in a humid environment.

The paint comes in cans and needs to be applied after the building has been completed.

Ecological treatment for the interior
Treat your cabin or garage with an ecological-friendly clear treatment. This treatment is ideal for protecting the interior of your log cabin or wooden garage as it consists of materials that are friendly to the environment and you, with the added bonus of it protecting your cabin or garage from mould. Unlike other treatments available on the market this treatment is virtually odourless. The treatment comes in cans and needs to be applied after the building has been completed.

Please note, this treatment only serves as a first protection for the wood against rot, mold and insects. It does not fully protect the cabin from environmental effects, therefore paint/stain needs to be applied on top.

Maximal insulation
Upgrade your cabin or garage with white (both exterior and interior) windows and doors. These windows and doors are made using 74mm thick 6-chamber profile and 24mm double glazing filled with argon gas. These features guarantee maximum thermal and noise insulation (noise level up to 35DB).

Building regulation friendly
The overall heat transfer coefficient (U-Value) of ~1.36 W/(m²K)

Installation service
If you order the installation service for a cabin or garage, the installation of PVC windows and doors costs an extra 10% on top of the total installation price of the cabin or garage itself.

A terrace is a valuable addition to your wooden house, providing functionality, exceptional aesthetics, and comfort. Sturdily crafted from high-quality natural conifer timber (pine/spruce), this accessory allows you to extend your living space and enjoy the outdoors – whether it’s for your morning coffee, family barbecues, or watching the sunset.

Please note that if you choose a building with a timber frame base, the terrace should also have a timber frame base.

Choose your base:

We offer three flexible foundation kits to suit different ground conditions and installation preferences:

- Standard (option A): impregnated wooden foundation joists, premium floorboards, and all the necessary fixings for assembly. Suited for a flat/plate concrete base.

- With PVC pedestals (option B): impregnated wooden foundation joists, floorboards, a timber frame base with adjustable PVC pedestals, and all the necessary fixings. Ideal for hard and uneven surfaces.

- With ground screws (option C): impregnated wooden foundation joists, floorboards, a timber frame base with metal ground screws, and all the necessary fixings. Perfect for stable installation directly into the soil.

Our terraces are designed for straightforward DIY installation. However, for your convenience, we can arrange a professional assembly service to ensure everything is built to the highest standard.

Care & maintenance (important information):

To preserve the durability and beauty of your terrace, please follow these guidelines:

Treatment: With the exception of the foundation joists, the timber is supplied raw and untreated. To shield the wood from moisture, UV rays, and wind, you are strongly advised to apply an exterior protective coating (oil, stain, or paint) immediately before or after installation.

Preparation: The longevity of the structure depends on a properly leveled and prepared base. Regular cleaning and seasonal maintenance are recommended to keep the wood in peak condition.

Please also note that this flooring can be installed directly on the ground due to the click system. It also features a layer of sound insulation for a more peaceful environment. The maintenance is minimal: a regular sweep and furniture placed on clean sliders will do.

Log cabins are known for having great quality air inside their rooms, which contributes to good health and well being. The log cabin construction is suitable for moisture to form, though. Stale air and dampness create the perfect conditions for mould, which can become dangerous, since it can cause chronic respiratory illnesses. Besides, it can also harm the log cabin construction and the furniture inside of it. This problem and all the aforementioned ones can be prevented (or solved) by installing the recuperator VL-80U5-E.

How it works: the recuperator VL-80U5-E features the Lossnay plate heat exchanger, in which stale and fresh air pass through. The air from inside the room warms up the incoming air from outside during this process.

This woodshed is made from slow-grow conifer spruce and is the perfect solution for storing firewood. The external dimensions of this woodshed are 224cm (width) x 144 cm (depth) x 190cm (height). The main structure is made of 28mm thick timbers covered with 20mm thick roofboards on top. Accessory assembly service is only available upon choosing the main product installation service.
